"Get Fighting Fit"

Our "Get Fighting Fit" Class is a martial art inspired exercise class, designed around self defence and self protection situations.

While our sessions are based on the training concepts from the martial arts you do not need any previous experience, as our classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. We have designed our fitness class to bring together circuit training, high intensity work out , shuttle-runs and interval training in combination with Pad work drills, using low kicking, punching, knee and elbow strikes.

While the drills and combinations build to give you a good work out you also gain knowledge of the practical application of self defence techniques.
